Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £5, or free for all orders over £100.

We send all orders within 1–2 days on a Royal Mail 1st Class service. We'll send you a despatch confirmation as soon as your order leaves us as well as tracking details for Royal Mail..

Returns

Please return items with your name and order number on a note in the package. 

All returns must be received by us within 14 days of purchase and in their original condition. Clothing returns must have their original labels attached. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

We're sorry, but we're unable to cover the cost of return postage. Refunds will be credited within 2–4 working days of us receiving your items.

Damaged or faulty items

Refunds for damaged or faulty goods will be processed within 14 days.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange an item of clothing, just pop it in the post back to us and with your name, order number and details of what you would like to exchange it for. We will send the exchange to you in return with postage paid.

 

Collection

Collection is available for all of our products from the Pod & Pip shop in Wilton, Wiltshire. Do let us know if you would like to collect outside of our normal opening hours and we can arrange a time with you. We aim to offer same-day collection available on all orders. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
